Joshua Basin Water District personnel is on-call  24/7, 365 days a year.

When reporting a leak, be prepared with the following information:

1. Your name and call back phone number.
2. Location and cross street.
3. How bad is the leak?  Is the water trickling, bubbling, flowing, or gushing?
4. If applicable, is the leak before or after the water meter?
5. If the leak is after the meter to your home, is it inside or outside?
